Each emotion has a specific frequency and vibration. The energy it takes for certain emotions become apparent when you think about how much energy it takes when we're angry and we want to hit a wall or break something. Also, consider when you are worried about something how this can affect your health.
Changes in the body’s chemical profile also happen with emotions, this includes changes in organs, changes in the degree of muscle contractions, and changes in neural pathways. Examples of this would be chronic neck pain due to stress, and chronic constipation (in order to have proper bowel movements it is important to be relaxed otherwise the anal sphincter cannot relax), and with stress, the hippocampus can become smaller and this can affect cognitive function.
"In my Complementary Practice over the last 20 years. I have seen that healing is delayed or stopped when patients' angry feelings block the free-flowing of energy. This effect is even more marked in their emotional and spiritual well-being, to the point of being destructive as well as interrupting the recovery process.” Once we get to release the anger, patients' chronic health problems may also resolve. MY HEALTH STORY
I have spent over 20 years studying and learning to keep up with how to best address your concerns from a Functional Medicine, Eastern Medicine and Homeopathic approach. I believe this combination is true health-based medicine and will be the future of disease prevention and ensuring excellent health. This is why I chose this field over other healthcare occupations.
I use a blend of modern scientific (latest functional medicine tests) and ancient techniques (acupuncture) to treat patients in a holistic manner. I am consistently studying the latest techniques and findings in the alternative medicine arena, and often provide input to leading health columns, programs and conferences on request. I am qualified as a homeopath with an M.Tech. (Hom.) Cum Laude from the University of Johannesburg.
I am one of only a handful of practitioners with dual qualifications as a Homeopath and Acupuncturist. I advocate a healthy lifestyle and enjoy sport, and activity. I am an avid adventure racer and have completed the Absa Cape Epic (Toughest Mountain bike race over 8 days), Ironman South Africa (3.8km swim, 180km cycle and 42km run) and Comrades Marathon (87km run Ultimate Human Race).
